The short version

Hollaah (hollaah.com, also called we, us or our) is a site of free online games. These terms apply to anyone who visits or plays. If you use the site, you accept them. If you don't, please don't use Hollaah.

Games for fun, not money

Everything on Hollaah is for entertainment only.

You can't stake, win or lose real money here.
We don't sell anything. You'll never be asked to pay for coins, levels or anything else.
Coins, XP and levels are virtual. They're worth nothing in cash and can't be bought, sold, given away, withdrawn or swapped for money, prizes or goods.
Being good at a free game doesn't mean you'd be good at real-money gambling.

Who can use Hollaah

You must be 18 or older and live in the United Kingdom. We'll ask you to confirm this when you arrive and again if you sign up. If we think an account belongs to someone under 18, we'll close it.

Your account

Accounts are optional, and every game works as a guest. Signing up gives you a coin balance, XP, levels and a list of the games you've played lately.

One account per person, please, with real details and a password nobody else knows.
Sign up with email and password, or with Google.
You're responsible for what happens on your account. If you think someone else has used it, email [email protected] straight away.
You can delete your account whenever you like from My account.

Coins, XP and levels

New accounts start with 50,000 coins. Signed-in players can grab a free daily drop once every 24 hours and earn XP by opening games. Your level is based on your total XP.

We can change coin amounts, daily drops, XP rules or levels at any time, for example to fix a mistake or keep things fair. Balances and levels aren't property and disappear if an account is closed.

Play fair

Please don't:

use bots, scripts or other automation to play or claim drops;
try to get into parts of the site or server that aren't for you;
make more than one account or share yours;
pick a username that's offensive or pretends to be someone else;
copy, re-host or sell our games or content.

Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or closed.

Our games

All games on Hollaah are our own and run on our own server. We do our best to keep them up and working, but we can't promise they'll never stop or have bugs. Results come from the game software and are just for fun.

Who owns what

The site, games, artwork, text and the Hollaah name belong to us or the people who license them to us. You can use them for your own personal, non-commercial play only.

Our liability

Hollaah is free and provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited under the law of England and Wales, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Because the site is free and has no prizes, we're not responsible for indirect losses or for losing virtual coins, XP or levels.

Changes and closing

We might update these terms. The date at the top always shows the latest version. We can pause or close the site or an account at any time, and you can stop playing and delete your account whenever you want.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, depending on where you live.
